We’ve had a lot of proud moments on this project, but this one is right up there…and what a stunning day to see it happen.

The Chelsea Rise roof is on, and to mark the occasion, we got some of the project team together for photos.

First up, Luke Kus and Aaron Goddard from Kalmar Construction and Chris Guyatt from Babbage Consultants joined our Sales Manager Julie Warbrick and Directors Darren and Jason Brown on-site to celebrate the milestone together.

Then, because it’s not every day you get to stand on top of a dream that has become a reality, we took the opportunity to snap a family shot of Darren, Jason, and Head of Design Charlotte Wiltens-Brown.

A big thanks to Kalmar Construction for hitting this milestone with us, keeping the timing on track for early 2027 completion.
