We ticked off huge milestone this week: pouring our Penthouse level! This progress keeps us steadily on track for early 2027 completion, and is a proud moment for our team and construction partners.

A visit from Shanan Halbert
This month we had a special visit from MP Shanan Halbert, Labour's spokesperson for Auckland Issues, pictured above with our lead developer, Darren Brown, and Kalmar Construction site manager, Luke Kus. Shanan is committed to setting Auckland up for the future - including the provision of housing to meet the needs of a growing city - so he was very pleased to see how Chelsea Rise is coming along.
