The rhythmic façade is a geometric composition of concrete and glass with an interplay of cantilevered balconies and recessed decks. The open corner balconies lighten the edges of the building, as do the different shades of concrete which break up the lines of the façade.
Refined, functional details such as the timber privacy screens add warmth and verticality to the design, while slim steel eyebrows over the north facing windows add another layer of articulation to the architecture.
