Ground has broken and Chelsea Rise is officially under construction. We’re proud to once again be partnering with New Zealand owned and operated Kalmar Construction, who delivered exceptional results on our previous projects.
From the moment we discovered this site, we saw its incredible potential. Bringing that vision to life - from early ideas to planning, permissions, and now breaking ground - has been a rewarding process. Now, with construction underway, we’re excited to see Chelsea Rise take shape as both an attractive addition to a desirable neighbourhood and a place future residents will be proud to call home.
Our New Showroom is Open to Visitors
Come and see us in our beautiful brand new showroom at 80 Mokoia Road, conveniently located in Birkenhead Village just in front of the Chelsea Rise site. You can chat with us about your options, take a virtual tour, step through floor plan and interior design options, and see samples of fixtures and fittings. Even if you’ve been to see us before, a visit to our new site is a must!
