We are now into constructing our penthouse floor - that means we’ve got (safety approved) boots on the ground on level seven!
With everything progressing as planned, we’re on track for completion in about 12 months.
Last week we had new photos taken from each aspect and elevation, so that future Chelsea Rise owners can see the actual view they'll have from their apartment. We look forward to sharing these with you online in the near future, but in the meantime, pop in to see us in the showroom at 80 Mokoia Road and Jason and Julie can take you through them.
